lays great emphasis on the development of skills, techniques
and aptitude for applying theoretical knowledge acquired
in different functional areas of management and software
development to actual work situation. The faculties use
such training methods and teaching inputs to develop in
young persons the qualities required to be true professionals.
Efforts are made to create and facilitate greater interaction
between the the faculties and the students through presentation,
case studies, role plays, simulation games and excercises,
computer based models, symposia, brain storming impressions,
etc.
The faculties through these methods, endeavour
to generate and encourage more creative and innovative thinking
on the part of the students. In order to supplement the
theorotical knowledge with practical inputs, regular industrial
exposure are made available to the students through industrial
visits and sharing of practical experiences with eminent
professionals from the industry / Corporate world through
guest lectures.
Personality Development

however, the significance of learning corporate etiquette
and developing personality through psychological training
and communication skills cannot be underplayed.
Keeping this view in our mind, we organise
specialised P.D. Programmes from basic to advanced with
professional corporate trainers. Various clubs are constituted
to create and sustain interest of the students in various
professional issues e.g. finance club, marketing club, human
resource club and computer society.
Research & Consultancy
In order to improve the class room communication
and effectiveness, the teaching faculty at JIM, Ghaziabad
are encouraged to undertake research and consultancy projects.
This is expected to develop close interaction with industry.
Pedagogy
Pedagogy adopted for teaching the students is through classroom lecture, seminars, conventions and workshops.

learning model that aims at grooming the student. The model
emphasizes three important aspects of professionals - Attitude,
