Outward Bound Learning Forum (OBL)
It is a unique feature of this Institute. It provides a platform to the students to become self reliant and develop practical entrepreneurship qualities with a global mindset and conversant with the dynamics of ever changing paradigms of management through group/individual presentations, business quiz competitions, resume writing and mock interviews. Such activities are carried out throughout the session for two years. It helps in developing communication skills, leadership qualities and taste for extra reading of business related books, national & International journals and magazines with a view to fostering competitive spirit and synergistic culture among the students.
PD Sessions
Developing technical expertise in chosen fields of speciality is a necessary commitment. Along with this, however, the significance of learning corporate etiquettes and developing personality through psychological training and communication skills cannot be underplayed.
Keeping this view in mind, we organize specialized Personality Development programmes for all our students to sharpen their personality traits, improve their presentation skills and groom them to become positive thinkers, proactive managers, successful professionals and responsible members of society.
Foreign Languages
With the crashing of all national boundaries of trade, professionals may be required to work at any location in the world. To prepare students for such contingencies and add value to them for improving their employability, the institute has a provision to conduct special classes in German & French languages for basic and advanced level.

Jaipuria has evolved a philosophy of education, which emphasizes holistic development of its students. It believes in an educational system that looks beyond employment, teaching the course contents and imparting training. Our pedagogy concentrates on individual development by imparting social vales and human ethics to make the students understand lifetime skills and developing them as meaningful and productive human beings.
In spirit with the same, we created an opportunity for all the Jaipurians to be blessed by Swami Nikhilanada Saraswati ji, Head Chinmaya Mission New Delhi in September 2010. Honourable Swami ji spoke about underlying management principles in Bhagwat Gita and other ancient scriptures and linked them to modern corporate and social situations. He advised the budding future managers to love and respect everyone and understand their social responsibility.
